Acompañamiento y asesoramiento en nutrición deportiva a personas interesadas en el fitness sobre cómo lograr su mejor rendimiento y una alimentación óptima.
La alimentación consciente, o el “mindful eating,” es una práctica meditativa del comer, permitiéndonos ser conscientes de las sensaciones fisiológicas y emocionales que vamos percibiendo mientras comemos.
A través de prácticas meditativas aprenderemos cómo estar presente durante cada uno de los pasos cocinando.
A través de la cocina creativa experimental aprenderemos a combinar sabores, texturas, técnicas y a cómo presentar los platos, siendo innovadores y originales
Nutritional Coaching
Through a process of guidance and nutritional coaching, we will work on limiting beliefs and emotions that prevent us from making lifestyle changes and achieving our goals.
In addition, we will address the emotional and mental aspects related to eating and habits, breaking through internal and external barriers and discovering resources and solutions from within, making us more responsible for our own lives.
We will set achievable goals with different timeframes through a personalized action plan.
During the process, we will dive deep into the emotional reasons behind why we struggle to achieve our goals, in order to strengthen our ability to change.
Main goals we will address through the nutritional coaching process:
- Lose or gain weight.
- Adopt habits that help prevent or manage health conditions
- Relearn about healthy eating.
- Simplify cooking according to your lifestyle and needs.
- Engage in more physical activity.
- Include healthier foods, even if unfamiliar or previously disliked.
- Reduce intake of less healthy foods.
- Heal an unhealthy emotional relationship with food.
- Establish good sleep habits.
- Prioritize rest and relaxation to reduce stress and anxiety.
- Accept and normalize daily needs related to an illness or condition.
- Improve body self-esteem.
Sports Nutrition
Guidance and support in sports nutrition for individuals interested in fitness and achieving optimal performance and diet.
Main goals we will address through sports nutrition:
- Support recovery.
- Help develop and strengthen muscles.
- Reduce body fat while maintaining muscle mass.
- Build energy reserves for use during exercise.
- Shorten recovery time and reduce fatigue.
Mindful Eating
Through meditative practices that allow us to become aware of the physiological and emotional sensations we experience while eating, we will learn how to connect with our senses, our body, our emotions, and our unconscious, in order to access enjoyment, pleasure, and a deeper connection with ourselves.
Main goals we will address through mindful eating:
- Improve digestion and reduce gastrointestinal symptoms.
- Help feel full with less food.
- Reduce stress and anxiety.
- Differentiate psychological hunger vs. physical hunger.
- Increase focus and concentration.
- Improve self-esteem.
- Allow ourselves to enjoy the pleasure of eating.
Mindful Cooking
Through meditative practices that involve being present in each step of preparing a meal, we will learn how to pay attention to every sound that occurs while cooking, reflect on the preparation process, appreciate the movement of the ingredients, and achieve full presence during the act of cooking.
We will also learn how to mindfully set the table, including the tablecloth, napkins, chairs, decorations, and other details.
Main goals we will address through mindful cooking:
- Awaken each of the senses, especially smell.
- Calm the mind and reduce mental noise.
- Lower levels of anxiety and stress.
- Cultivate awareness, clarity, and inner peace.
- Reconnect with ourselves.
- Encourage enjoyment in every step of the cooking process.
Creative Cooking
Through experimental creative cooking, we will learn how to combine flavors, textures, and techniques, and how to present dishes in innovative and original ways.
Main goals we will address through creative cooking:
- Use innovative ingredients, techniques, and cooking methods.
- Blend different culinary cultures.
- Create a unique sensory experience.
