
Nutre Integral was created with the purpose of offering experiences through conscious and creative eating.
Conscious eating, or “mindful eating”, is a meditative practice that allows us to become aware of the physiological and emotional sensations we experience while eating.
In addition to creating mindful eating experiences, we aim to provide personalized nutrition guidance and creative cooking courses.

My passion for nutrition and mindful eating began three years ago due to personal circumstances—specifically, a delicate health diagnosis. That diagnosis marked the beginning of a great journey and personal growth that has led me to want to help others through both experience and vocation.
Over the past few years, I have completed courses related to hormones, as well as nutrition programs focused on the immune system, perimenopause, menopause, and anti-aging.
I am currently studying Nutritional Coaching and Sports Nutrition at Deusto Salud, and pursuing a Master’s in Biocuisine, Mindful Eating, Applied Nutrition, and Creativity at Aula Biococina “El Sentido del Gusto” led by Vanessa Losada.
Mindful Eating
Mindful eating is a meditative eating practice that allows us to become aware of the physiological and emotional sensations we experience while eating.
This practice helps us feel satisfied with less food, improves digestion and reduces gastrointestinal symptoms, and helps lower stress and anxiety.
